Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services in South Jordan, UT is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services under BCBA supervision in clinic, home, school, and community settings.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, collaborate with families and team, and participate in ongoing training. A high school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree preferred, ABA experience is a plus, and willingness to travel to multiple sites. This is a full-time/part-time role with variable scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA services to clients in clinic, home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and track progress using data collection.
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and team members to support skill development.
• Maintain accurate session notes and comply with treatment protocols and ethics.
• Participate in ongoing training related to behavior analysis and client safety.
