Behavior Frontiers is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, including homes and schools. You will help individuals learn communication, play, and independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

Data collection will guide real-time decisions and you will collaborate closely with BCBAs and families. Ideal candidates have energy, an interest in autism care, and are eligible for background checks and health screenings.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Ability to collect and analyze data to support real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Teach communication, social interaction, and independence skills.
• Collect and analyze data using our software for progress tracking.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and colleagues to review progress.
