Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking energetic Behavior Technicians (BT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities. You’ll use data-driven methods to teach communication, social skills, and independence for individuals with autism, while collaborating with BCBAs and families.

Qualifications include being 18+, willingness to pass screenings, and experience with developmental disabilities. Training, support, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass background checks and health screenings.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• No formal experience required; enthusiasm and dedication valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach individuals with autism to communicate, play, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data using proprietary software for real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress and receive feedback.
