Acorn Health in Florida is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver high quality, evidence-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement therapy, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications include 1–2 years with children, a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a Level II background screening. This full-time position offers paid training, benefits, and growth opportunities.

• 1-2 years experience working with children preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and be able to work on an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in center, home, school, or other locations.
• Work under supervision of BCBA to implement treatment plans.
• Collect data and document progress to inform treatment decisions.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Coordinate with team and communicate regularly with families.
