Job summary

Ocean Psychological Services in San Mateo, California is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, gather data, and help clients progress in a collaborative, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children and helping them learn.
• RBT certification (preferred).
• Understanding of ABA principles and techniques (preferred).
• Strong data collection, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy 1:1 based on client goals and plans.
• Collect and analyze data during sessions to guide treatment.
• Attend client team meetings and required staff trainings.
• Create and use instructional materials to support goals.
• Lead social skills sessions with individuals or small groups.
• Maintain timely communication, including emails.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
