AllTheWay ABA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. The role offers multiple job types with the option to choose hours Monday through Friday, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with children with developmental or behavioral disorders preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and patient care practices essential.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA using ABA techniques.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence.
• Monitor and document client progress in compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to align care plans with client needs and goals.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions.

Behavior Technician (BT) Job Summary:

The BT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with behavioral challenges.

Behavior Technician (BT) Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve overall functioning.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop care plans that align with client needs and goals.
