Position Overview: We are looking for caring, driven individuals to become Behavior Technicians in our team. You’ll work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping implement customized behavior intervention plans and teaching vital life skills in various environments, such as homes and schools. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll be instrumental in delivering evidence-based interventions, tracking progress, and supporting clients in reaching their goals.

RBT Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one‑on‑one direct instruction to clients using ABA methods such as discrete trial training (DTT), naturalistic teaching, and behavior management strategies.
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using designated methods and tools.
  • Support clients in developing and practicing functional skills across areas like communication, socialization, self‑care, and independent living.
  • Cultivate a positive, engaging learning environment that promotes independence and motivation.
