We’re currently seeking youth aides, child care workers, teaching assistants, DSPs, and others with a passion for working with kids to join us as Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Whether you're already in the ABA field or just beginning your journey, we offer a supportive, collaborative environment where your growth and well‑being are prioritized.

If you’ve worked as a Youth Aide, DSP, paraprofessional, school aide, or in any role supporting children or individuals with disabilities, you already have the foundation for success in ABA—your experience with behavior management, communication, and daily support directly translates to the skills needed to thrive as a Behavior Technician.
