Responsibilities as an RBT at Lighthouse include:

• Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy: Work with children ranging from 18 months to school age, using your expertise to provide personalized therapy.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Develop and implement customized therapy plans with the support of our skilled team.
• Apply Creativity in Therapy: Use advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment.
• Guide Children's Progress: Help children succeed in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
• Document and Track Development: Contribute to each child's therapy program by meticulously documenting their progress.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Physical ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs., sustain impact, and perform various physical activities such as running, crouching, squatting, kneeling, and bending. Ability to move quickly between positions and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.
