About the Opportunity

This is an ideal position for practicum students, interns, post-degree trainees, or licensed therapists who want to provide therapy in a flexible, supportive setting. Clinicians can work as much or as little as they like, with a minimum of just 5 client hours per week. This makes it especially well-suited for someone working in a treatment program or agency who wants to build a private caseload gradually while gaining high-quality supervision and clinical experience.

You’ll work primarily remotely, with optional in-person sessions available at our Nicollet Mall office in Minneapolis. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of Personality-Driven Therapy, our integrative model informed by personality science and aligned with the HiTOP framework.
