Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with children with special needs (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder) in our ABA Clinic, utilizing ABA strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and teach new skills such as communication and socialization.
• Receive high-quality, hands-on training.
• Supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with ongoing training and feedback.
• Record data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed (e.g., creating stimuli for clients).

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Pass background check.
• Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver’s license.
• TB test required.
• Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in a B.A. or B.S. program preferred.
• ABA experience preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus.
