Job Description:
AbleSpace is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to
join our team. This role involves collaborating with our software development team to enhance
our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and special needs software product, ensuring it meets
clinical standards and effectively serves practitioners and clients. Candidate would also be
involved in developing cutting edge AI offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical expertise to guide the development and refinement of our special needs
and ABA software product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate evidence-based ABA methodologies
into the software.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve software usability and
effectiveness.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for users of the ABA software.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in ABA to inform product
development.
- Help in refining cutting edge AI offerings
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with software products or technology integration is a plus.
