Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. This part-time position offers 15–20 hours per week with services primarily at clients’ homes and some school sessions.

You will document progress, follow Behavior Plans designed by BCBA, and support families with effective behavior strategies. Training is provided, and you can grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with Special Needs.
• Strong communication skills in person and remotely.
• Ability to use basic computer apps to document progress.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain one.
• High school diploma or higher required; college education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help children learn and grow by targeting social and communication skills.
• Follow Behavior Plans created by BCBA/Program supervisor.
• Document progress and milestones using a mobile app.
• Provide services primarily in clients' homes; some sessions in local schools.
• Support families by delivering true behavior support and crisis intervention.
