Job summary

BK Behavior in the United States offers part-time ABA roles to help children with Autism in home or community settings after school hours. You will provide one-on-one services under supervision, record progress data, and support families in a compassionate, patient manner.

Training is provided and no prior ABA experience is required; the role emphasizes flexibility, relationship-building with families, and teamwork with our clinical staff to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
