Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics is seeking a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills using play and evidence-based strategies. Sessions occur at homes, centers, or in the community, following plans from clinical leaders and celebrating small wins that drive growth.

Starting pay is $20–$25 per hour, with paid training, flexible schedules, and pathways toward tuition reimbursement and career advancement as part of our growing team.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (CA mandate).
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to sit and stand; pace with clients.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Use play and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Follow personalized plans designed by our clinical leaders while celebrating small wins.
• Deliver sessions at a child’s home, one of our centers, or out in the community.
