Job summary

Nyman Associates is seeking compassionate Behavior Specialist Consultants to support students in a school-based setting. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, and collaborate with school staff to promote positive behaviors and social skills.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in ABA or a related field with at least two years of ABA experience, including FBAs and PBSPs, and have strong communication and teamwork skills to work within

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education or related field.
• At least 2 years of ABA service experience including FBAs and PBSPs.
• Experience with ASD or emotional/behavioral disorders.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using tools like VB-MAPP, ABAS, Vineland, QABF, FAST.
• Develop and monitor PBSPs with measurable goals.
• Collect and analyze behavior data to track progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff.
• Provide staff training on behavioral interventions.
• Supervise and support RBTs where applicable.
