Lenape Valley Foundation in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to build and lead community and center-based ABA programs for children aged 3–12. The role shapes curriculum and family support across home, school, and community settings.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA and PA Behavior Specialist License, with a Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. The position offers growth, supervision, and continued education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and PA Behavior Specialist License.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children ages 3–12 in home, school, and community settings.
• Conduct functional analyses and skills-based assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver parent training and support.
• Supervise ABA Behavioral Health Technicians (ABA-BHTs) and ensure quality implementation.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of ABA training programs for staff.
• Maintain ethical, effective services aligned with best practices and regulatory standards.

What You Bring

• Current BCBA certification and PA Behavior Specialist License
