Job summary

Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies for children with autism spectrum disorders and seeks a Behavioral Program Manager to supervise clinical programs in the field. The role requires driving 30 to 60 miles daily and supervising client sessions between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed and ABA coursework (12 sem units) or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience designing or implementing ABA programs.
• Strong ABA, program management, and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite case supervisor, overseeing clinical programs.
• Supervise BIs and provide education and training for client caregivers.
