Job summary

Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis (IABA) invites a Behavior Interventionist to deliver evidence-based, person-centered ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities, mainly in the home and community.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support students to develop social, communication, and daily living skills, with part-time evening hours (2pm–7:30pm, 10–20 hrs/wk).

Qualifications

• High school Diploma is required.
• RBT Certification is required.
• Valid CA Driver’s License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Direct intervention with child/family
• Keep accurate client records
• Maintain accurate administrative records
• Drive between sites
• Attend/Participate in Training
• Attend/Participate Group Supervision
