Job summary

Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis (IABA) is seeking a part-time Behavior Interventionist to deliver one-to-one ABA services to children with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

You will implement evidence-based, person-centered interventions, collect data, and maintain records while collaborating with families and supervisors. The role includes driving between sites as needed and supporting skill development under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Prior ABA experience with children with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct intervention with child/family.
• Keep accurate client records.
• Maintain accurate administrative records.
• Drive between sites.
• Attend training sessions.
• Participate in group supervision.
