Job summary

Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis seeks a Part-Time Behavior Interventionist to provide one-to-one, evidence-based ABA services to children with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and support skill development to promote positive behavior change.

The role focuses on 2pm–7:30pm weekdays in North San Diego County, with travel between sites and ongoing training; a valid CA driver's license and auto insurance are

Qualifications

• Requires ability to collect and record accurate ABA data.
• Experience with applying ABA techniques to support children with autism.
• Strong computer literacy for data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct one-to-one intervention with child and family.
• Maintain accurate client and administrative records.
• Travel between sites within North San Diego County.
• Participate in training and supervision sessions.
