Job summary

WellSpan Health's Center for Autism Developmental Disabilities (CADD) is seeking a Behavior Consultant II to join our ABA-Adult program in East Petersburg, PA. This full-time role (8 am–5 pm, weekdays) offers a sign-on bonus and a supportive, collaborative team focused on client care and growth.

You will conduct assessments, design interventions, and work under supervision of a BCBA to deliver ethical, evidence-based services in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA or related field such as Psychology or Education with a specialty in ABA required
• Two years' experience with people with an intellectual disability or autism; experience in developing/implementing behavioral analytic treatment plans required
• Experience in clinical or counseling psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, or another related field required

Responsibilities

• Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments for use in home and community-based settings.
• Provide behavior analytic interpretations under supervision from a BCBA.
• Design and implement behavior analytic interventions.
• Teach others on the clients care team to carry out ethical and effective behavior analytic interventions.
