Job summary

WellSpan Philhaven is expanding our Behavioral Health Services and seeks passionate Behavior Analysts and Consultants to join the Children’s Integrated Community Services team in York, PA. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

The team emphasizes ABA-driven care, licensure supervision, and opportunities for leadership within a large nonprofit health system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field with ABA certificate.
• Licensed Behavioral Specialist Upon Hire is required.
• Experience supervising others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children and families.
• Supervise and mentor staff toward licensure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within CI/CS.
• Support community integration and program development.
