Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Behavior Clinician II for the Adapted Dialectical Behavior Therapy program in Washington. The role involves managing a caseload, conducting functional assessments, and leading DBT groups to improve independence and social skills for adults with developmental disabilities.

The position offers full-time hours with starting pay at $30/hour and a scale to $33.45/hour based on tenure, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities. Training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, mental health, or related field (or near completion within 6 months).
• 2+ years of professional experience with individuals with IDD.
• Experience designing and implementing support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload and implement DBT-based treatment.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop BSPs.
• Provide clinical guidance to Direct Support Professionals and Supervisors.
• Attend program visits and planning meetings with staff and families.
• Collaborate with external service providers and coordinate supports.
