Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Springfield, Missouri. These part-time positions offer opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in a related field is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively.
• Reliable transportation required for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and track client progress data.
