Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Positions are part-time with the chance to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally.
• Candidates should be able to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in childcare or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
