Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBTs in Jeannette, PA for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision, participate in training to become an RBT, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. A high school diploma and reliable transport required; ABA/education background a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field is a plus.
• Active engagement with clients, floor work and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
