Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time roles in Cartersville, Georgia. The positions offer a chance to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand. You will work closely with children diagnosed with autism using ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50 lbs, and transition between sitting and standing.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
