Hopebridge is seeking an ABA Authorization Supervisor to oversee ABA Authorization Specialists. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and manage reports in Salesforce while ensuring compliance with Hopebridge processes and payor guidelines.

The role requires strong problem solving, clear communication, and dedication to a family-first access to care approach for patients.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Clear criminal background.
• 2+ years revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare experience preferred.
• 2+ years direct supervision or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and support ABA Authorization Specialists in daily tasks.
• Monitor, communicate, and manage departmental and organizational KPIs.
• Create and maintain auth specialist reports in Salesforce.
• Disperse exception cases and workload to team members.
• Lead performance conversations, reviews, and improvement plans.
• Facilitate regular team meetings on trends and updates to CBC processes.
• Guide training initiatives for new processes and standards remediation.
• Promote a positive, client-focused, and safe work environment.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

The ABA Authorization Supervisor provides oversight, coaching, and support to all ABA Authorization Specialists and Senior Authorization Specialists. This position will ensure the department is compliant with Hopebridge processes and procedures and exemplifying the 'family first' attitude toward access of care for all patients while being mindful of payor guidelines and HIPPA-safe practices.

Job Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Provides mentoring, coaching, and support to all ABA Authorization Specialists in their day-to-day functions.
• Monitor, Communicate, and Manage all Departmental & Organizational KPIs
• Creation and maintenance Of auth specialist reports in Salesforce
• In relation to Thoughtful Al, dispersing exception cases or manual workload to team members on a recurring basis
• Facilitate performance conversations with staff members that includes but is not limited to regular conversations, annual performance reviews, and performance improvement plans
• Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate team trends, performance, and updates to CBC processes
• Guide training initiatives for staff on implementation Of new processes and remediation Of department standards
• Portray a positive attitude and maintain a customer and co-worker satisfaction level that limits adverse situations or complaints
• Promote Hopebridge philosophies, an attitude Of servitude toward the centers we support, and an environment that fosters staff satisfaction, maximizes productivity and profitability
• Assist in providing a safe environment for all staff
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age
