Job description

About Hopebridge

Founded in 2005 by occupational therapist Kim Strunk, Hopebridge is a leading provider of pediatric autism therapy. We utilize a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model that combines Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech-language pathology, and occupational therapy. By bringing these disciplines under one roof, we create individualized treatment plans that empower children to build essential skills, improve communication, and gain long-term independence.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Hopebridge, you will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a fully equipped center environment. You will design individualized intervention programs, conduct behavioral assessments, and mentor clinical staff, all while collaborating daily with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Clinical Psychologists.

  • Career Autonomy: No Non-Compete agreements—your professional growth remains in your hands.
  • Dedicated Mentorship & Training: Structured onboarding, 1-on-1 mentorship from Clinical Directors, regional leadership support, and access to Grand Rounds.
  • Mission-Driven Care: Opportunity to serve underserved communities; a majority of our learners are Medicaid recipients or families receiving financial aid.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision options; short-term/long-term disability; life insurance; and pet insurance.
  • Time Off: 20 paid days off (PTO) in your first year, plus 8 paid holidays (including 1 flex day).
  • Retirement: 401(k) plan with company matching.
  • Professional Growth: $500 annual professional development stipend, 2 paid professional development days, and free CEU events (covering PFA/SBT, HRE, PEAK, and neurodiversity-affirming practices).
  • Relocation Assistance: Relocation packages available for qualified candidates.
What You’ll Do
  • Direct Clinical Care: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care tailored to each child’s needs.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
  • Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, plan-of-care (POC) updates, and administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
  • Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
