Cortica is seeking an Applied Behavior Analysis Assistant Supervisor to join its growing team. You will oversee clinical programming for ABA Treatment, supporting Behavioral Interventionists under the supervision of a BCBA and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.

This leadership role offers growth in a rapidly expanding healthcare company focused on helping children with neurodevelopmental differences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 2+ years in the ABA field with children diagnosed with Autism.
• RBT registration or BCAT certification.
• QBS Certification.
• Safety Care Certification as required by payor.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.

Responsibilities

• Act as the case manager for assigned ABA cases under the guidance of the ABA Supervisor (BCBA).
• Coordinate and oversee client care; develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and provide support to families.
• Review progress reports, goals, and assessments with parent/guardian.
• Complete required written reports in a timely fashion.
• Ensure authorization/contract fulfillment for each client month over month.
• Provide supervision and meet productivity expectations for billable activities.
