Job summary

Autonomous Behavior Solutions is seeking an ABA Assistant Supervisor (Masters level clinician) to provide direct services and supervision across in-home, community, and school settings. You will support behavior plans, MTSS-based guidance, and collaborate with a BCBA to promote client autonomy.

Role is part-time (20–25 hours/week) with morning/evening shifts and travel to Long Beach, South Bay, and South LA areas. Master’s degree and two years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, ABA, Social Work or a related field.
• Two years of experience working with students with special needs.
• Strong ABA background and trauma-informed practices.
• Part-time availability 20–25 hours/week and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in home and community settings using ABA.
• Offer weekly consultation to educators and administrators to support MTSS.
• Prevent and intervene with challenging behaviors and implement plans.
• Assist BCBA with case oversight and behavioral data collection.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and maintain progress documentation.
• Travel to client school/home locations as needed.
