Job summary

Behavioral Innovations in Silver Spring aims to bridge grad school and independent practice through its ABA Apprentice program. You’ll learn from seasoned BCBAs, work in real clinical settings, and follow a personalized study plan toward the BCBA exam.

You’ll receive mentorship, hands-on casework, and pathways to a BCBA role with potential growth into leadership or training positions. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits support your development.

Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
• Active RBT certification
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan

The Essentials

Compensation:

• TX & OK: $25/hour
• VA, MD, & CO: $28.50/hour
• NC: $27/hour
