Job summary

Behavioral Innovations in Chantilly, VA offers an ABA Apprentice program designed to bridge the gap between graduate study and a BCBA career. You’ll learn from experienced BCBAs, work in real clinical settings, and follow a study plan crafted for you as you prepare for the BCBA exam.

This paid apprenticeship includes supervision hours, fieldwork hours, and a path to a BCBA role. You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to grow into leadership or clinical specialties within

Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan

The Essentials

Compensation:

• TX & OK: $25/hour
• VA, MD, & CO: $28.50/hour
• NC: $27/hour

What You’ll Have (REQUIRED):
