Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is seeking ABA Apprentices in Norman, OK as part of an intensive program designed to bridge grad school and independent practice. You’ll learn from senior BCBAs, work directly in sessions, and follow a tailored study plan to prepare for the BCBA exam and your first role as a BCBA.

The Apprenticeship provides structured mentorship, hands-on clinical experience, and a clear path to a BCBA role with potential for leadership and specialty training.

Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
• Active RBT certification
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams and follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan

Compensation

• TX & OK: $25/hour
• CO: $28.50/hour (based on experience)
