Behavioral Innovations in Tulsa is seeking an ABA Apprentice to bridge grad school and BCBA practice. You’ll be supervised by seasoned BCBAs, work in real clinical settings, and follow a study plan tailored to your learning style as you prepare for the BCBA exam.

The program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured growth paths into BCBA roles, leadership, or training. Compensation includes hourly pay in Oklahoma, competitive benefits, and university partnerships with tuition

Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
• Reliable transportation to Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan

The Essentials

Compensation:

• TX & OK: $25/hour
• CO: $28.50/hour (based on experience)
