Behavioral Innovations in Houston, TX is seeking motivated ABA Apprentices to bridge grad school and independent practice through a structured apprentice program.

You’ll learn from senior BCBAs, work in real clinical settings, and follow a BE tailored study plan guiding you toward your BCBA exam and your first independent role.

Qualifikationen

• BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence with goal to complete within 6 months.
• Active RBT certification.
• 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBA's caseload.
• Support BCBAs and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and data analysis.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.

The Essentials

Compensation

• TX & OK: $25/hour
• MD, VA, & CO: $28.50/hour (based on experience)
• NC: $27/hour

What You’ll Have (REQUIRED)

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
• Active RBT certification
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
• Reliable transportation

What You'll Do

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
