Behavioral Innovations invites aspiring BCBAs to join its ABA Apprentice program in Fredericksburg, VA. The role bridges graduate study and independent practice by providing supervised client experience under seasoned BCBAs, with a structured readiness plan toward the BCBA exam.

You’ll gain hands-on learning, mentorship, and a clear path into BCBA positions, leadership, or clinical specialties, while benefiting from a team that supports your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Completion of BACB supervised hours or readiness计划.
• Reliable transportation to client sites and supervision meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan

The Essentials

Compensation

• TX & OK: $25/hour
• VA, MD, & CO: $28.50/hour
• NC: $27/hour

What You’ll Have (REQUIRED)

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
• Active RBT certification
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
• Reliable transportation

What You'll Do
