A&B Homecare Solutions CT is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care with compassion and reliability. Immediate opportunities in Milford, Trumble, Stratford, Fairfield, and Danbury offer flexible shifts and supportive teammates.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to visit clients at home.
• Bilingual English required.
• Availability in Bridgeport.
• Caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Help with routine tasks and maintain safe living spaces.
• Offer medication reminders and monitor health needs.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes


• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals


• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals


• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming


• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines


• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed


• Respect diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
