Modivcare in Danbury, CT is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support and companionship. Starting pay is $16.94 per hour with additional earnings through our Caregiver Rewards Program.

We offer paid orientation, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for career growth. As a caregiver you will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, reminders for medications, and maintain a safe, welcoming home environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed
• Respect diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence
