Qualifications

• Molecular and cellular biology BS with 2+ years wet lab experience.
• Expertise in mammalian cell culture and sterile technique.
• Experience with Gibson assembly, PCR, restriction digestions, and ligation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply rAAV vector stocks to cultured cells.
• Collect data via microscopy, qPCR, and related methods.
• Clone plasmids according to experimental needs.
• Gain experience communicating work through publications and presentations.
• Work independently in tissue culture and benchwork under supervision.
• Optimize or troubleshoot AAV transduction and production protocols.
• Perform live and fixed cell microscopy; establish imaging workflows.
• Maintain detailed records in LabArchives; ensure reagent quality.
