Job summary

American Airlines is seeking a Team Lead for AAdvantage Products & Delivery at the Fort Worth HQ to guide cross-functional teams, drive product strategy, and ensure timely delivery of loyalty initiatives affecting millions of customers.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), strong Agile skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable plans. You’ll partner with Product, IT, Marketing and Customer Experience to elevate the AAdvantage program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training/experience.
• 4+ years related work experience.
• Knowledge of AAdvantage loyalty products and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning for AAdvantage-branded products and pricing.
• Automate dashboards and manage annual budget/forecast and monthly P&L analysis.
• Oversee coordination between Business and IT teams for strategic initiatives.
• Lead development and delivery of AAdvantage and Cross-Sell products.
• Manage backlog prioritization, user story refinement, and sprint planning.
• Lead testing efforts and monitor customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Loyalty, Marketing, Finance, IT and Customer Experience to align goals.
