Job summary

American Airlines is seeking an Analyst/Sr Analyst for AAdvantage Program Strategy in Fort Worth, TX. You will analyze data, build models, and develop strategies to acquire members, qualify elite status, and drive retention within the loyalty program.

The role collaborates with Revenue Management, Marketing, Finance and IT to implement strategic initiatives and measure impact. A Bachelor's in analytics and 3 years of experience are required; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years related work experience.
• MBA is preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Leverages data to identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and drive incremental value.
• Performs analyses using database software to derive actionable insights for loyalty products.
• Produces business cases and communicates them with data-driven narratives.
• Collaborates with Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT and vendors to evaluate opportunities.
• Evaluates and refines strategies over time to ensure relevance and results.
