Job summary

RISE Pediatric Therapies in Tucson is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based therapy for children birth to 3 across clinic, home, and community settings.

As a contractor, you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, a consistent referral flow across Arizona, and clinical independence while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize outcomes for families.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Arizona licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP credential required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas.

Responsibilities

Compensation
  • Direct Therapy: $80.00/hour
  • Evaluations: $121.50/hour
  • Signing Bonus: Starting at $3,000
What You'll Do
  • Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations

    Assess speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding, and communication skills to identify strengths and areas for growth.

  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans

    Create evidence-based plans tailored to each child's unique needs, goals, and family priorities.

  • Deliver High-Quality Therapy Services

    Provide engaging, family-centered interventions that promote meaningful progress and functional outcomes.

  • Collaborate With Families and Care Teams

    Partner closely with caregivers, educators, physicians, and interdisciplinary providers to maximize success across environments.

  • Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants

    Provide mentorship, clinical guidance, and supervision in accordance with Arizona regulations and professional standards.

  • Maintain Accurate Documentation

    Complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and required documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications
Required
  • Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Current Arizona Speech‑Language Pathologist License
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas
Preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations
  • Experience in clinic, home health, school-based, or community settings
  • Experience serving neurodivergent children and children with developmental disabilities
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
