Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dynamic school-based team in Phoenix. This full-time role supports students through both in-person and teletherapy services, with flexibility to cover maternity leaves and adapt to changing caseloads.

You will assess and treat students, develop individualized plans, collaborate with teachers and families, document progress, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences required.
• Active CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in group and individual settings.
• Serve students onsite and via teletherapy as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes.
• Document progress and ensure compliance with school and state regulations.
• Adapt to changing caseloads, including maternity leave coverage.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an SLP in Arizona
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric populations is a plus
• Comfort with technology and virtual therapy platforms for teletherapy services
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
