Job summary

Allegion's Stanley Access Technologies team is seeking a Service Technician to service and perform preventative maintenance on Stanley Automatic Door Operating Equipment and related electro/mechanical products sold or serviced by the branch.

You will record productive time, keep accurate records, stay current on ANSI 156.10 standards, maintain tools and vehicles, and provide excellent customer service while offering nights/weekends/on-call flexibility.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs.
• Able to work nights and/or weekends or On Call as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Service and perform preventative maintenance for Stanley equipment.
• Execute service and repair work in a profitable and proper manner.
• Record productive time versus travel time.
• Maintain accurate work records and parts used.
• Stay updated on changes to Stanley equipment and ANSI/156.10 standards.
• Keep manuals and details up to date; maintain vehicles and tools.
• Maintain adequate inventory for service vehicle and good customer relations.
• Assist and instruct others in install/service methods.
