Job summary

AAA Central Penn is seeking motivated Insurance Sales Agents in Camp Hill, PA. This hybrid role rewards performance with a base rate plus commissions and a path to six-figure earnings for top performers.

You will generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close personal lines insurance with a customer-first approach. Regulatory licenses in PA are required, and travel for business is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of proven success in the insurance industry.
• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses.
• Strong sales mindset with a track record of achieving results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop leads through AAA's member base, walk-ins, phone, internet, and networking.
• Manage and actively maintain a pipeline of prospects.
• Conduct a minimum of 50 prospecting calls per week and track activity.
• Meet or exceed key performance goals, including a 33% closing rate.
• Quote and sell personal lines insurance products while educating customers.
• Support complex service needs in partnership with Client Service Agents.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across AAA products and services.

This position requires regular travel for business purposes. Employees who drive must maintain a valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and insurance coverage that meets company requirements.
