Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group (MWG) in Reno, NV is seeking tow operators who will be the face of AAA as they respond to members on the road. You will operate tow trucks, perform diagnostics, and deliver essential roadside assistance such as tire changes, fuel delivery, and lock-outs.

Training is provided for candidates with a great attitude and a desire to learn. Starting pay is $22.75 per hour with potential to earn additional incentives monthly.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• No towing experience required; training provided.
• Customer-first mindset with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Provide roadside assistance: tire changes, fuel delivery, lock-outs.
• Diagnose basic vehicle issues on-site and communicate clearly with members.

We provide top-tier, paid training for the role.A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people.Willingness and flexibility to work the 8am, 11am, 1pm, or 3:00 PM – Midnight, including weekends.A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (where applicable).Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification/ Requirements• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving recordWork Environment/Physical Requirements• Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles. Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls. Works in all weather and all traffic conditions. Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous.
