Job summary

Assured Airspace Access Systems (A3S) is seeking a Scheduling Analyst in Huntsville to support Army Aviation Acquisition. You will create, manage, and evaluate product schedules across multiple teams, ensuring IMS alignment with contract requirements and program structure charts.

You will integrate schedules from OEMs and offices, monitor progress, identify risks, and provide schedule recommendations to leadership. Strong MS Project skills and military program experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Strong proficiency with MS Project and scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage MS Project schedules for A3S products.
• Integrate schedules from OEMs, program offices, and CDRLs.
• Analyze critical paths and optimize project plans.
• Coordinate schedule development with offices, agencies and contractors.
