Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in mechanical assembly or related field.
• Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings and instructions.
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools, including torque wrenches and pneumatic tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test critical components for the A320 Neo program.
• Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of parts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly.
• Maintain precision and attention to detail on complex components.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with machinery and tools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assemblies.
• Keep accurate records of assembly processes and issues.
• Monitor and maintain quality of assembled components.
• Communicate updates and concerns to supervisors and team members.
• Keep work area clean and organized for a safe workplace.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
• Adapt to changes in assembly processes as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude representing the company.
• Strive for continuous improvement in assembly processes.
